Icons on the right side of a thread title.

What do the icons to the right of a thread title mean? (paperclip, envelope, tag with blue box on it)
i found the the legend for the ones on the left but not the right. Also, what does the blue piece of paper when posting mean?

I think it tells us in the control panel but not too sure bud s don't quote me on that lol

Thanks, I have been using my ipad so I wasn't getting a pop up description. Seems like a no brainer now that I am at the desktop. Probably another oh duh, question but where is the control panel?
Found it, I should have tried a search before asking.
