icr with my Sigelei Zmax?

I've read some info on here about imr vs icr but can't find anything specific about why icr is not suggested. I'm traveling and just bought an emergency batt at a b&m but didn't realize til I left that it's icr. Can I use this thing?

You want the superior discharge capacity of a good IMR for your sigelei Zmax. ICR just won't cut it.
