The customer service at this place is pretty bad. When you call and ask to speak to a manager they tell you none are avalable and that they will take your name and number and call you back later that day. I had to call them and give my name and number 6 times before a "manager" finally called me back. Each time I called I told the girl that picked up the phone that this was my x number time calling and that I'd really like to be connected to a manager. Finally the last time I called and told this to the lady she laughed at me like I'd told her a joke.

Finally someone called me back but he seemed to have no idea about the products he was selling which is kind of sad. The product I was asking about was their "pure nicotine" which is not pure it is 100mg/ml but the guy on the phone had no understanding of what "pure nicotine" meant and I had to educate him on his own products. This was all after I'd already blown $250.00 on a product that was mislabeled. The end of the conversation was the guy telling me that "we were on the same page." That page basically said that I had wasted $250.00 and they didn't really care. I know that it was my dumb for thinking that maybe it was possible that the product was really pure nicotine. But I wanted to believe them.

I would avoid buying any type of juice from these guys they obviously don't understand the chemicals they are using which seems dangerous.

This surprises me. In my experience the staff are all courteous and really know their stuff. Did you try speaking to David or Pam direct? I am sure they would like to hear your concerns and try to sort out any misunderstandings.

For me: It was after several bad experiences with other vendors I decided I needed to buy from someone with expertise and quality, and its been FSUSA all the way ever since.

I can't understand why you would even think of going any where near the stuff let alone any forum supplier selling it. 100 mg nicotine is the most you should ever think of handling and then use safety precautions.

I have a degree in chemical engineering and a lab where I work with different chemicals, all of which are toxic. The issue here is not if I can handle the chemical. I just thought it was important to alert their clients to the possibility that these people are not as informed about the products that they sell as they would like you to believe.

OP - Did you notice that the nicotine comes in a VG or PG base? That should have told you that the nicotine was mixed with vg or pg (your preference). It's unfortunate that the manager you spoke with wasn't familiar with their nicotine product, but this doesn't surprise me. Most FSUSA customers buy flavored liquids or do DYI. That said, why are you looking for 100% pure nicotine?

that one guy could have been anyone......i have dealt with these folks for years and they know what they are putting in their juices.....like mentioned above try talking to david or pam and they could explained better for you. You probably got someone on the phone that just doesent know much about vaping.....i.e. a receptionist or order taker....

All my experiences with them have been in premixed juices and seem to be the best that i have tried and I have literally tried 20+ different vendors and shops.

Products on the other hand......well you can get a dud from anywhere.....LOL

I would have to respond by saying. Our stores keep meticulous records of all phone calls. Frankly I do not believe the poster when he states 6 calls, a person who had no idea what he was talking about, and an employee who laughed at him. Frankly I just don't believe the poster and his accusations.
Our store does not sell 100 mg/ml nor do we train our associates as to what those levels are or what they are for.
The posted knowledge of purity of nicotine is wrong. I states on our site we sell 100 mg/ml that is 99.999 percent pure. That refers to the amount of, or lack of, impurities in our 100 mg/ml product we sell.
In the end, I'm not angry about this post. I simply does Pam and I a great disservice with the title of the post, and the false accusations of the poster.
Everyone is always welcome to buy product anywhere on the Internet. Pam and I prefer people buy from us to get the finest product available. But to slam us about our stores and your annoyance about your superior knowledge regarding a product that 99percent of any Vape stores anywhere would not be able to answer is frankly ridiculous.
