I quit dealing with TW right before Christmas of last year. Not because of the Yo-Yo sale but because I bought atomizers that didn't work. I tried them on several different PV's and all 5 would not fire (yes I was using the correct threading). Even doing the center post thing didn't help. I emailed them and never heard back so they lost me as a customer.

I sent them the tornado tank back and there so called tech went through it. I received a call yesterday and this kid basically called me an idiot over the phone and said it was my entire fault i didnt know what i was doing. Well that’s were i got nasty and threatened to call my lawyer and invoke the lemon law witch my state has. Well apparently that chick Stacy overheard the conversation and her tech arguing with me on the phone. She intervened and well for an extra 20 bucks and the return of the tornado i got a new screwdriver on its way. So right now i cant ..... to much. but for everyone out there buying those tornados i feel for yea. Well i guess that concludes my .....ing wineing moaning and complaining.... :) LOL i hope everyone that plans to buy a tornado tank from TW at least reads this before buying one

Congrats, Im happy that you got satisfaction from this ordeal.
I just had to get new atomizers and continue on. they are fine batteries if you are stuck and cant get the tank thing to work for you. I just use the batteries and atomizers or cartomizers .. so glad the 510 parts work with the batteries. But I found after ward I should have just gone elsewhere and bought the riva so much cheaper. I am dissapointed that they didnt make good on the two messed up atomizers in my situation but ah we all live and learn (especially after finding this forum).

I had a lot of leaking with my eGO tank until I got some new tanks with the silicone cap

I had thought to do that very thing Rosscomat, but as usual for me it was a case of bad timing.
When I originally called them about a leakage problem and inquired on purchasing the caps they didnt have any .. said it would be a week or two and then less than a week both the atomizers were out... so even though only little over two weeks into their month warrenty time they never responded. And I was stuck having to not only buy the tanks and lids but new atomizers so rather than take a chance on all that expense for more of the same problems I just got 510 atomizers and drip tip and cut my losses. But I am glad to hear they work better. I did enjoy the tank system the first week when it worked.

I know what you mean , I don't use my tank much any more , LR cartos were a great next step for me and there was no going back from there, now Iam enjoying the 306 LR's and dripping but not when I go out.
The boge 1.5ohm cartos are cheap and work great;)

I had a lot of issues with the eGo/Tornado tanks, leaking included. I used them for a short time, but finally gave up on them, they're just too much of a pain. Though when the tanks work, they work pretty good, but getting them to work reliably is just about impossible. I was using Boge cartomizers before and I'm back on them now.

You shouldn't blame Totally Wicked for your tank issues. They're simply selling the Joye eGo stuff rebranded as Tornado. I buy from them sometimes, but only when there's a sale. They usually have some kind of promotion going on that brings their regular high prices down to competetive rates. In fact, if you catch a good sale, they can have the best deal around. As far as defectives, it's not any worse than any other vendor. Again, they don't make their own stuff. They're just selling the usual stuff rebranded.

I too have used the tanks and for a bit when they were working good, then it went all down hill from there with leaking, the nasty burnt taste and the price for one...way too steep. I just couldn't trust them going out and went back to dripping. Just like CraigHB I did try out boge LR cartos from kalamazoo vapor shop and was instantly amazed how much better they were and was my first time ever using a cartomizer.

I moved on to Smoke Tech's dual coil cartos and it hits even better :) I too hope you love your SD!

Driving down the road smoking my screwdriver this is awesome but i had a rather disturbing thing happen to me today. For some reason i like to double hit the screwdriver and inhale the second hit. But this time I triple hit it before I inhaled. Let me ask you guys something? Are you supposed to get a rather intense head rush? Today if this head rush was any worse i could have wrecked my tractor trailer. Wow my whole head felt like electricity was flowing through it. My vision got screwed up like I said any worse I think I would have lost it. Let me know what you guys think
