So I have had mine for a couple of weeks now. I have a pretty good range of mechanicals, and have to say the Hana Modz V2 box mod fits right into what I call a rather small but effective collection. It may be my favorite Variable Voltage device, although I have a new Provari Mini now to compare it to.

The Hana Modz is built well and the machining process is quite good. Inside the unit where the parts are exposed seem sloppy at first, but upon further inspection it is well put together and secure. The inside may not be pretty as the outside, but if repairs are ever needed it seems it can be done with relative ease. Coupled with some of my more expensive atomizers the Hana performs quite well. Every vape is ultra consistent. The wattage range is more than I need since I stay around 9-10 watts with the ability to crank this up to 20W -- hot baby. The mini-USB feature for charging is super convenient -- charge at home and at the office with the ever prevalent mini-USB . The exterior finish although delicate and prone to surface scratching is characterized by unique marks from the factory machining process -- no two Hana Modz are the same.

Now price was mentioned earlier and I do agree that 250.00 may be a bit steep for a VV mod. I bought it simply because it was my only VV device before the Provari arrived from a recent trade. It will be used a fair bit and hopefully in this evolving market the Hana will be at the top -- at least for the time being. That's my opinion.

That being said if you are on a budget and want a VV box mod, look no further than the iTaste MVP. Priced around 55.00 this thing is a solid performer. If I vaped blindfolded with a MVP and a Hana it'd be tough to tell the difference based on the quality of the vape.

Hope this helps.
