Slightly confused over all the various battery chargers available. I am looking for a suitable charger for 18650s (Sony vct4). From browsing the forum I know nitecore and xtar are recommend brands. I have been looking at the xtar range but notice difference in price between versions of the vp2, and vc2. I have noticed reviews from the vp2 have been positive but not seen much out there about the vc2. Would both these charger meet my needs? Which chargers do your prefer? Ty in advance

Have 5 Nitecores....they have always charged my batteries no problem( sliders don't slide)...bought a VC4, night and day....id never go back
They seem to be of somewhat more quality/sturdy Rabbit, all my nitecores are still working fine one is 3 years old approx. But I've just grown tired of having to manually pull back the slider then placing a battery in the charger.....the VC4 is smooth as silk and the digital display is amazing ( nitecore has a digital version as well but haven't tried one yet).....I picked up the VC4 for 20$ so they are comparable in price to the nitecore.........the funny thing is that they are probably made in the same sweat shop
I have owned a few Xtar chargers and they always worked well for me. I bought a Nitecore Digicharger D4 and I really like it a lot. It's good to charge four batteries at once.
