Ideas Anyone?

I bought this LCD display on e-bay or one of those sites for a couple bucks but have no idea if it would be possible to use it on a e-cig mode and if so to do what? The3n one more time...how would I hook it up? I have no idea how they work so all I know is there are several terminals to connect wire to on the top. The battery is a 18650 just to give you an idea of the size of the LCD screen. Anybody have any ideas?

You would need a microcontroller and other components to interface it.

There are examples on adafruit and sparkfun to get an idea of what is required.

You can get a Ti launch pad kit for less then 5 bucks. Cheapest way to program a chip that can run the LCD but not the easiest to learn.
