The flame looks familiar. Might be an early generation smok or Smoktech clearomizer.
The appearance of the tank does look like a Kanger clearomizer. Could be a cloned Kanger Evod.
It was not uncommon for a vape store to purchase a quantity of a product item and have the manufacturer to put the store's custom logo on the tank. This is most likely the case, like Steve Parry said.
I know Smokeless Image and AltSmoke participated in that practice. AltSmoke would have the manufacturer of the Vision Spinner put the AltSmoke logo on their batteries.
