Hmm, I've ordered from VE on a Thursday night before, and didn't get it til Monday.

Good call on the spare battery though....I don't see a charger listed either...

EDIT: Another thought...if this is your 1st, are you sure you'll like that juice? If at all uncertain, I'd recommend getting some samples 1st. I went straight in and bought 30ml of USA Mix 24mg, and I don't really like it that much.

First time I ordered from vape escape I ordered on thursday night and received my items promptly on Saturday morning (so DM they do indeed deliver on Saturday). My recent order however I ordered on Monday morning and didn't receive my items until today (Friday afternoon). My friend ordered his items late on Monday and still received them before me.

I placed an order on Wednesday night, dispatched Thursday lunchtime. Sitting like a coiled spring by the front door waiting for the postman, I'm thinking it is more likely to be here tomorrow now though.

Sida, Vape Escape were going through moving premises last weekend. Added to that, Jason posted on AAE-C that there was some problem beginning of the week with there local Royal Mail sorting office.

I've always just used their standard mail service & if I've ordered before PM, always received my order next working day - including Saturdays. And that's all the way down to here in Cornwall.

As Chrissie just said, they've just moved to a new place and I am sure Jason is getting things together to run as smoothly as they always have.

I always get my delivery the next day after placing an order with VE, I have found them to be the quickest vendor in the UK to get orders to your doorstep, but I guess it's also got to do with what you order.

At the end of the day though, Jason is only on the other end of the phone or e mail, his responses to e mails is great, never called him though but have found his company very professional to deal with and always helpful with everything

Also worth noting that it's more likely the mail service letting things down. Once you get the email saying it's dispatched, it's really in the hands of whoever is delivering.

I see did you pay for the special delivery or standard post.

I got an email today saying despatched at 14:40 so if it's with RM I should get it tomorrow if not I be after the postage back as Monday is no good won't be able to pick it up from Post Office until the following Saturday.

Don't get me started on posties! My street got a letter from the Royal Mail stating they would no longer deliver to upstairs addresses in my neighbourhood as it was 'no longer safe to do so due to stairs, and excessive moss on pathways'. Several things annoyed me about this...

1 - My posty never climbed my stairs anyway...he just chucked it at the bottom of the stairwell that leads up to my property...usually in a puddle!
2 - How does moss on pathways only affect upstairs properties?
3 - Even after the housing assoc caved in and put griptape on the stairs to prevent slippage (even though it's been fine for years, and you know....snow is slippy too!), the postie still never climbs my stairs.
4 - ...

...ugh, I said don't get me started!

I ordered at 10 oclock at night no chance to call the vendor - using the forum for it's experience nothing odd about that.

I've always paid for special delivery through my current vendor and it arrives Saturday as well as any other day - in fact I've never seen "guaranteed saturday delivery" as an option on other websites given that special delivery arrives on Saturdays.

I don't see what's so confusing about this thread.

I have rung the vendor just now, being my first real opportunity, and we agreed that special delivery usually arrives on any day other than sunday in keeping with other vendors deliveries via RM.
