Have you been under the weather, Tiny?

Got an allergic rash that cause a wierd result and became infected. The doctor thinks. On antibiotics. That should work, or I get xrays and a surgeon. Fingers crossed for infection! This is day 3 on the meds, probably see results from the meds in a couple of days. The doctor says and I hope!

It's okay. Allergic reactions are temporary. And I am used to them. This was to shirts (for work) that were treated with something(weird). It will pass and if I am lucky (and I often am, TG!) this is an itty bitty blip in my life!

My birthday is in March! I want 2 sheets of cake dedicated to me! That sounds very sweet. You must have a great group!

We do have a great group & are very lucky! I was assigned the task of getting the cakes this year - the eyes of the woman at the Costco Bakery almost popped out of her head when I originally asked her to fit 14 names (including my own!) onto one cake lol Decided to go with 2 full sheets instead of one, and it was a good thing, because by morning there was only about a quarter of each cake left, and by 1pm Sunday they were both gone (lots of us stay the night - no drinking & driving!). Come down and join us next year!!

One of the best kept secrets in the area where I live is what the locals just refer to as "the glass church", which is actually called The Wayfarer's Chapel, and was designed by Lloyd Wright (Frank's son)...


Driving on the Coast route, it is barely noticeable from the road.

But once you see the front of it on the grounds, you begin to notice what it really is...

And then when you walk through the doors, it just takes your breath away!!

The view from the gardens isn't too shabby, either... LOL!!

I went to a wedding there once... and it is one of my fave places to take friends from out of town...
