OP, you mentioned "dissolvable nicotine", but I think 5. may be of more interest to you.
Lots of people will say "better safe than sorry", "just don't", etc., and I agree to some extent. It's always good to know the laws that you are subject to, though.

@Karstine I differ in my interpretation. 0mg juice can be used in a vaporiser, but tobacco and nicotine are not typically constituents of it. It's essentially food flavouring, with PG/VG and aromatics in specific ratios.
