vaping got as expensive as smoking, would u:

A. continue vaping
B. Go back to smoking
C. Quit both altogether

vaping is for sure about to become more expensive than smoking in the very near future

However, I am prepared for anything ... even, a total ban on everything.

I don't have to buy anything, other than flashlight batteries :vapor:

I'd stick with it for a few more months. My next ZampleBox is 6mg/ml and should be around 90 ml in the box. I have a a good two month supply or so between some 18 and 12 mg liquids and a few mls of 36 mg unflavored....

Depends on the day, I go between 2 and 4 ml a day.... A year ago was stepping down to 24 mg from 36, went to 18 mg this Feb and April went down to 12mg.
If it got just as expensive, or more, to vape, I'd stick with it as I'd be down to 0 within 6 months or so, and I'm vaping alot less now than when I started two years ago. But, then again, I didn't start vaping to quit smoking, I started because it was cheaper, way cheaper.... Not including equipment, which I rarely buy anymore, I spend maybe $15 a month.... That would get me three days on my smoking habit two years ago.
Which reminds me, tomorrow is 2 years exactly....

When I Switched, I told myself that even if Vaping became as expensive as Smoking, I Didn't Care. Because I saw Immediate Improvements to my Breathing and Overall Heath.

I didn't Switch to e-Cigarettes to save Money. Although that was a Nice Bonus. I Switched because Smoking was Killing Me by degrees.

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure", a quotable idiom from the great Benjamin Franklin.

A retired engineer, I've spent the past three years preparing for the day our beloved government causes your hypothetical scenario to become reality, and that day IS coming. Although I suspect we are still years away from the coming tax/regulatory "apocalypse" I'm already self sufficient and well insolated from any potential impact. I'll still be vaping for pennies while most everyone else is handing over hard earned (and already taxed), "Benjamin Franklins" each month to enjoy the same experience.

DITTO! I'll vape no matter what. And vaping is more expensive, at least with me, because of shinyitis. I just dropped about $200 on a new TC mod, an IPV 4, tanks, coils and juice for subohoming. Not to mention my credit card limit got increased :headbang::headbang::headbang:

If nicotine becomes too expensive to vape, it will push the users towards vaping other substances.

If regulated mods become too expensive or hard to get, the users will be pushed towards mech mods

If replacement coil heads become too expensive, users will be pushed towards rebuildables.

If 18650 IMR batteries become too expensive, users will be pushed towards lipos from other applications, such as cellphone batteries.
