If you could only have ONE RBA... what would it be?

After trying a lot of RBAs, I still think my Terminator-C (Oddy clone) is my favorite. I like the vapor, flavor, tank size, NO LEAKING and just about everything about it. The build can be a pain at times, but 100% worth it! I know there are TONS of systems out there I haven't tried, but so far, my TC... it hasn't been beat!

So I was wondering, what's your favorite and why?

Also, what's you favorite build on your rba? What makes it kick the way it does and makes you think... DANG, that's it! :vapor:

its gotta be a genny, for me. although i have not tried the terminator. but i do like the smok terminator, which is actually a killer clone. great vape from that thing.

but i like my gennys the best. AGA-T+ being the best of the lot. 28g kanthal, 500 mesh, NLV liquid. supreme vape.

I have tried a few Gennies (RSST being my fav), but I just can't get the setup perfect for me.

I use a 20pg/80vg mix (my body doesn't like pg), and no matter how I wick it, I just can't get it right!

Maybe I should "ask the experts" and see what they say! lol

I'd say my favorite vape so far has been a genesis... the Cobra, if I'm being specific.

The Terminator is a great atomizer too, though. However, I've really been getting into the ease of drippers. You really just wrap and you're finished. I like my vape on the warmer side, and drippers can't be beat for that... they also give better throat hit, in my experience. You have to carry a bottle of juice around, sure, but they're essentially foolproof, and they can be more versatile than a genesis or tank atomizer like the Terminator.

That said, I still don't think I could pick just one. ;)

I like this thread. There is some good info for us that haven't been dripping long. I love the look of those tight coils. I was always told to make 3 or 4 wraps, and not let the wire touch... I am off to read that micro coil thread now to see what I have been missing. My vapor so far is not much better than a good carto.

The only RBA I have used is the corsair. Most people hate it because it can leak, but I have learned to use it and almost never leaks on me. I love the major air flow it has. That is why I bought it. It serves that purpose well.

Thanks for the info and I look forward to checking back and seeing more.

I have a hard time picking a favorite atty. I do have it narrowed down to these three.

These RM2 atomizers produce great flavor, and they don't get hot.

My current favorite build is a 26g Nichrome Micro-Coil with 9+ wraps on a 1.5mm drill bit with "dibi-crack" (;)), sterile cotton wick and air flow raking slant; 0.6Ω
Calling it the Slant 9 Special (special on account o' the Crack)

here's a pic of another coil showing the air hole orientation on the slant

TMI? . . . . .. TMPix? . . . . . . TMREO?

"Dibi crack" - too funny bro. nice name :). I like it better than slant 9.

Edit : pdib, is that a brass rm2 bro?

To be clear, this dibi-crack business is joking silliness.

Anyway, Supe, that's the atty you sent me bro. I had plugged the air hole with a brass screw, cut it, filed it, and buffed it. It's just the brass body. That one isn't my "best in show" atty, but it is still my favorite one. :) So, I guess, if I only had one rba, it would be that one.

edit: maybe a nice little 1/2 hr project, go all brass with that one. Meh, I'm more into playing than polishing.

I still like it. names for specific coil and wicks configurations would be helpful. That way they can be easily referenced. Someone can just say, a "dibi crack" and readers will immediately know the setup. Your on the right track.

Look how many non micro coils are referred to as micro coils :)

I see what you're doing there, Supe. You're trying to make it stick, on account of you feel that you could have a lot of fun with that. You are trying to make the dibi-crack stick! So as to provide you with hours of fun ridiculing me . . . .. dressing me up in a silly hat and parading me through the town square! :glare:
