The FDA's rename should be Agribusiness and Pharmaceutical Protection Administration. Note there is nothing in either name that implies an authority over tobacco. That belongs to the Bureau of Alcohol, tobacco, and Firearms.

hahahahahaha. SO TRUE. I can think of a number of names that involve words that rhyme with Ducking and Classes.

My friend smokes pipe tobacco and a lot of tobacconists are already talking about potentially having to discontinue brands.

I've never seen a more obvious nod to big tobacco than the deeming regs.
