I'm a new 'vaper'. I did some shopping around and a little research here and there, then decided to order from V4L.

Customer service: Very helpful and friendly. They even have a live chat link on the site now.
Defective part replacement: Awesome. They don't mess around. If you get a bunk battery or anything else, they are more than happy to replace it for you.
Flavors: Fantastic variety, you will definitely find something you like, allot.
These guys are the place to go. So far I've spent over $300 at V4L and I don't regret one cent of it. I DO NOT WORK FOR V4L AND THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME TO SAY THIS.
For my $300 I got the Ultimate Ultimatum kit, and enough juice and cartos to last me months.
One thing though, vape-ing takes just a little bit to get used to. Right at first, you might not get a whole lot of vapor, I find that new cartos need to be broken in with a few puffs before you get them going. Also, don't try taking big drags right at first, your throat has to adjust a little(this was just my experience) Hang in there, once you get it going and adjust to the change (that doesn't take long at all) you will be so happy you switched to the vape. Lately I've been vapeing Kamel wow, Pomegranate, kiwi apple strawberry and dr. pepper. But I ordered so much I got flavors I haven't even tried yet, (I went a little nuts when I discovered how fantastic it was) but I am so loving this thing, I thank V4L every time I pick up my PV.
Don't let the $300 scare you, because I ordered the absolute best kit, with all the goodies, express shipping, and as I said, TONS of juice and cartos that will last me for quite some time. Maybe even a year. But I'm not stopping there! They have many more flavors I wan't to try and I will be making orders from them every month.
Bonuses! How could I almost forget those. For each order I made (2 so far) they threw in about $40 worth of free stuff each time. These guys are awesome.
So anyway, once you make the initial investment, you'll save tons of money and maybe even your life. Additionally, me and my wife are so happy the house doesn't stink like smoke anymore (or our clothes) and messy ashtrays are a thing of the past. I can also vape lots of places where I couldn't smoke. It's all good!
So I say do it. Do it! You won't regret it. And these flavors.. ahhhhh OMG sooooo good!
