If you're going to order batteries, do it now!!

This is a heads up for all Reonauts. Just saw where there are going to be restrictions (maybe there already are) on the shipment of Lithium Ion batteries (that includes the AW's we all use) from over-seas by the USPS. If vendors have batteries now, they may not for very long and then shipping due to the restrictions will be more difficult for the vendors to purchase batteries from abroad (not impossible- but more of a hassle and in much smaller packages), so if you'e going to be ordering batteries anyway, get them now while they are available from your vendor! Thanks for the heads up, Dave. This is one to keep an eye on. Currently, there are more carriers that will still take care of it....but I expect this may raise prices some over time.

The USPS is restricting li-ion shipments, however venders can still ship via fed-ex, ups, or other couriers with no problems.
So there is no real reason for alarm.
Besides, technically, its against usps rules to send nicotine but we all do it anyway.

Yea I doubt any vendors receive their batts for overseas via USPS anyway.
Most of them are all about the bottom line and USPS is not the way to go for overseas shipments over a couple pounds.
