Pink diamond
A rare pink diamond smashed the world record for a jewel sold at an auction by Sotheby after a well-known gemstone dealer, Laurence Graff bid over USD 46 million for the precious stone. The precious pink gem superseded the price of the blue 35.56-carat Wittelsbach-Graff diamond that was auctioned for USD 24.3 million in 2008.

There is a crystal mine about a mile and half from my cabin. I love these. Of course, I've even found a few simpler ones right in my driveway, we are rather famous for quartz crystal here in AR.

Ametrine love this stone

An ametrine is formed when an amethyst formation and a citrine formation are blended into a single crystal. Ametrine is a type of bi-color quartz that looks purple and yellow when it reflects the light. These gems are extremely rare and can only be found in one mine in the entire world.
