I have one igo carto that has a burnt taste to it. Only when I hit it hard. I was thinking of cleaning it like I do with my kr808 but then I saw the post about rebuild I dont want to rebuild if I don't have to. Anyone else with this problem. Also filling is pushing down with the top offs. Maybe fluffing? Any advise please.

I would try boiling a few times, rinse, spin, let dry for a few days (Bill bakes his but i haven't tried that yet) and then fill with 100% PG juice. I've found that 100% PG mint and menthol work good to break them in. These things do not like VG on the first fill. Once it wicks really well you can start adding the juice with VG in at top offs.

I have several cartos here that are waiting to be cleaned and tried again with a thinner juice. It's annoying!

Don't vape that burnt stuff, though, it's seriously toxic smelling and tasting.

Good luck!
