IGO-W center post problem

On my IGO-W, the centre post likes to get pushed down/spin when I tighten it down. I'm not tightening it with Hercules strength or anything, just trying to make a good connection with my 26g duals.

Has anybody come up with a remedy for this sort of issue?

Common issue with a great number of RDAs. The positive "stud" is a (light) press fit into the insulator. Adhesive doesn't work, and any physical mod you might do to the shaft or insulator - short of making a new, tighter fitting stud or insulator - to tighten the fit would probably cause leaks.
I suppose the most practical thing you can do is to slot the 510 (head) end of the stud, with a file or dremel/cut-off disc, and hold/position it with a screwdriver when you tighten.
