IGO W dual coil help

So I got an IGO W a few weeks back and I thought my builds have been pretty good until today when I built for a friend of mine,
He said my builds look fine and when they dry burn all coils glow evenly but when he wets it with juice one coil burns faster than the other, now that's kinda disappointing to hear, is there anyway i can fix that? or is it normal?

it may be due to where the air hole is positioned. one side gets more air than the other, its going to burn more.

Try to get them to be the same length and similar diameter.

If one coil is higher resistance than the other, the lower resistance coil will heat up faster.

For me it's nearly impossible to wrap identical coils free hand, I always wrap them around a drill bit.
