IGO W3 not firing

I've been vaping for just shy of two weeks now with an Electric Angel mech mod and a UD IGO W-3. So far I'm really enjoying my experience aside from one thing.

This morning after having my coils redone at my B&M, the whole device stopped firing. I was able to take large hits all day until about four or five pm when the device stopped clouding. I though it was simply battery trouble, but after charging both my Sony and Efest and testing them in the device, I know that the device is the issue.

The coils aren't firing or heating at all - is this an issue with the atomizer or with the mod? How do I go about fixing this?

Edit: it seems like the 28g wire was having a tough time connecting to the middle terminal given how absolutely horrid this post setup is. Messed around a bit with the coil position and was able to get both coils to fire and hit quite well just by changing the wick and moving the coils closer to the center post.

Not familiar with the EA mod personally but double check the pin (obvious I know) if that's not it check the insulator on the positive post and the coils themselves. They may have went bad or one of the legs could have snapped. Have you tried it on another device?

It looks like you were right about the positive post. The far left coil wasn't fully attaching to the positive post so neither were firing. I just clamped and repositioned the positive terminal and they fired right up with a bit of juice.

Awesome. I like my IGO-W3 so far. It's been good to me so far. Now I'm looking to upgrade to something like the Helios

It hits well for a $25 atomizer, but I think they fall short on the positioning of the posts. If they just changed the positioning of the posts, it would make coil builds so much easier. I'll probably end up switching to a Kraken.

I just use the holes on the positive and wrap the negatives around the screw head for that issue. You paid $25 for your W3? You got robbed mine was only like $17 through A to Z Vapor World -

Oh ya $25? I paid $11 for mine at Triangle Vape. But that's the joy of a B&M. Only problem I'm having is actually building the stupid coil - ergh. It works/makes vapor - but it just doesn't feel right. I'm not that patient and I wish I had a B&M close enough to teach me!
