400 or 500 would work just fine for a 50/50 juice.

Edit: Also, try wire rope with a mesh sleeve at some point. It has endless wicking and works great with high VG juices. Gennies are so fun to play around with and has multiple wicking options.

Hate to ressurect old threads, but damn, i need a good place to get pre-cut lengths (to order or already cut) in 2.5mm 2.7mm and 3mm. along with some ekowool to try. I loved the one setup i had with cable, but it's long dead.

Last time I checked Kidney Puncher had all of those things, and I've always had good customer service ordering from them. Worth a try.
