Hello everyone! so I have been reading posts on this forum a lot lately and have found many solutions to the problems I had and got many of my questions answered. So I made an account in case I really need to know something that I couldn't find here. Today I actually do have a problem with my iJust S. I have been using it for 3 months now and kept it in good condition. Anyway, the problem is: after about 2 - 4 quick puffs, when I press and hold the button and try to vape, the light indicator just starts blinking and the vape does nothing. It seems to start working again after 1-2minutes... This never happened before, I could vape as much as I wanted. BTW this is not the same blinking when its turning off or idle, it's different. It also can't be overheating protection because it doesn't even get hot after so little vaping!

I haven't seen this behaviour on my iJust S, but it sounds like it might be the short-circuit protection. There could be a dodgy connection between the tank and the mod, or the coil is faulty or not installed correctly.

Have you tried a different coil?
Have you cleaned the tank/mod 510 connector?
Has any juice got into the mod (either through the 510 or around the button)?
Is the mod fully charged?

Sorry I can't provide more specific help.

Ps, I've had a few leaking issues with my iJust S, have you had any problems?

Had a similar problem with one of mine, it just wouldn't charge and kept blinking instead. Changed the tank and it seemed then to work fine. Fine that is until the button stopped working. Had two go that way almost the same time. Ended up pulling one apart to use as a 510 build holder and threw the other away. Seems the switches are their weak point so if you haven't yet acquired a backup device I'd suggest you think of doing so.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Could toll free call: https://www.eleafus.com/battery/istick-30w.html
Ask for support and explain problem. Could still be under a 3 mo. warranty, esp. if they are having problems with switch.

Ok, so I have no idea what happened, but my friend said he took it apart and washed it with water, then he dried it with a hair dryer. At first it didn't turn on but after a few minutes it did and it worked perfectly! No weird blinking or anything. My guess would be that it had juice somewhere inside of it? My friend said he didn't see any juice or pieces of anything while taking it apart/washing it. What are your thoughts guys? Should I keep using it? Is it safe? Thanks everyone!

Hi and welcome to ECF. Keep the Ijust, but ESPECIALLY keep the friend. Also, buy another so that you have a spare in case it dies. :)
