Ikenvape carto issues

I purchased ikenvape 510 SR fusion punch cartos, received megas by mistake but am using any way. In the past have used smok 510 3.0 ohm 2 punch cartos, with 50/50 juice and vape at 4.0- 4.3 ohms.
I am getting constant dry hits and they only seem to last 1/4 tank not sure if they are priming right. I normal use the thingy from ibtanked but can't since they are megas. I have tried filling top and letting drip down and a syringe every method juice comes out of punch holes and this never happened with my smoks. I have tried 5 different cartos with the same juice, could this be a priming issue
Edit I have lowered voltage on ikenvapes to 3.5- 3.8 to adjust for ohm difference

I haven't looked on the Ikenvape supplier forum, but based on a few responses here in the tank and cartomizer sub-forum there seems to be an unusually high number of new Ikenvape customers who are unhappy with their cartomizers. I would contact Isaac either on the Ikenvape subforum or directly via the website.

It's highly unusual to hear of an unhappy Ikenvape customer. It's possible that Ikenvape got a bad shipment of cartos in the last batch received.

I'm having the same issue. These cartos are junk. I use very thin 70PG/30VG liquids which should easily wick well. Never have any issues with my Boge cartos and I can't for the life of me get these things to wick. I find my self taking the drip tip off my tank to fill the carto from the top.

I even punched a 3rd hole and the thing still won't wick. Getting bad burnt hits after what I put in the top dries out. Now I have 10 cartos I'm going to throw in the trash, back to old reliable.

I just want him to be aware of it too I mean wasted money on 30 of them.
He started to respond saying he thinks it might be the tank and the way I fill have to use a port. I responded that there is no port in a ibtanked and he never got back to me then. I am thinking he has no idea why I am having trouble so maybe it is an issue of quality.

A real shame you guys have been having issues. I typically order about 15-20 per month and have done so for the last six months. In all that time I've had to chuck 3 cartomizers. I use the Mega Platinum Punch SR and the Mega Platinum SR. Both have been fantastic compared to my previous experience with Boge and Smoktech cartomizers.

Hopefully Issac over at Ikenvape will get you guys all sorted. I've never had an issue in the past and I wouldn't expect it to be any different now.

Yeah...I ordered a bunch of the different IKV cartos based on the glowing reviews. The one Platinum slotted (LR "S") I've tried so far was bad...burnt taste and super tight draw from the get go. The Fusion Punch (LR) is better but I still wanna say that the Boge F16 has been the best so far.

Ok Isaac said send an email to sales@ikenvape.com and he will exchange for Platinum models and/or refunds.
Just so everyone knows, Isaac can not respond to questions in this part of the forum. He can respond to questions in the Ikenvape suppliers forum.

It's good to see him respond to these issues quickly. He's a stand-up guy and has contributed a lot to vaping in general.

Glad he got back to you that is great customer service. I won't be able to exchange I had to use all 30 up. I had ran out of my usual brand and didn't have any stockpile yet i had just started on the carto tanks. I am just glad he knows so this won't be an issue in the future, I would hate to have this become and issue for him and hurt his company

Ikenvape makes arguably the best Cart's available. It sounds like as soon as he heard about multiple issue's, he offered refunds or exchanges. That's pretty impressive as far as I'm concerned. Try taking one back to your local B&M, they'll probably tell you, you own it! I personally have even more confidence in him and his product, seeing how he immediately addressed quality control concerns. I hope it doesn't hurt him or his business, we need more vendors like this!
