Ikenvape cartomizers!

Just got some Ikenvape 510 2.2Ω Diamond cartos, amazing flavor! Only problem is when I punched it and threw it in a tank with some Boba's it got dry and tasted burnt real quick. I triple punched the carto (smaller punches, not the large ones like from a saddle valve). Anyone have any experience with this, I know Boba's is super thick, so I probably wouldn't have the issue otherwise, but I wanna keep Boba's in a tank!

I had bad luck with that. Don't know if I was doing it wrong or what, but I kept getting a burnt taste, like the cutting disc was burning the filler. I'm sure I was going to deep, but it seems almost impossible to cut through the metal without touching the filler.
