Today I placed an order with IKENVAPE and within a few hours of placing the order Isaac called me
informing me that he had ran out of an item I was wanting to purchase.... He quickly offered many alternatives that I was more than satisfied with... I had the privilege of talking to Isaac for more than ten minutes.... What A CLASS ACT!!!! Customer service was 1# with him and he meant it... I have dealt with many suppliers and all of them have been very polite and helpful but, Isaac by far the best!!!
I don't post much... but I felt everyone needed to know how impressed I was with this organization...
