Fiddling with the multimeter now Issac. I'll get the hang of this soon. So far, I can measure V. Working on ohm. Thanks a mil for the great goodies. I don't think I should mention what you threw in with a $12 order as I am sure you could be broke soon filling to many orders with this quantity of freebies. Suffice it to say the tobacco is good and the menthol is great (huge plumes dude...). What model of carto did you throw in there:w00t:

For all on ECF, this is a vendor that went the extra mile for me. Met me to hand off what I purchased (kinda the old house call mentality that has disapeared over the years) and threw in goodies to boot! Can't wait to hear more about your new mod Isaac. Thanks again:thumbs:

Rock,
It was just Great meeting you yesterday!
As for the DIMM, it's relatively easy and you'll pick it up in no time if you already haven't.
Here's the directions under the products listing on our store.
DIRECTIONS
For Atomizer testing there is a Ω sign, this is resistance. Since we're only looking for 0-10 range, we set it to the White 200 marker located nearest to the Ω symbol. Once set, touch the two prongs together and hold for 4 seconds, you only have to do this one time. It recalibrate's the machine.

Place your atomizer cartridge side down so it's standing up. Place the Red (Positive,+) into the hole on the atomizer. Now touch the threads with the Black (Negative,-) prong. Now hold still and watch the numbers as they come to a stop. This is your (Ω,ohm) Resistance rating on your atomizer.

Checking voltage: Since we are only looking for 0-10 volts. Turn the dial towards the Green V, on the 20 marker. With NO atomizer on the unit. Press the Red (Positive,+) directly on the center pin of the adapter located on the unit. This is what appears to be a floating lone disc on top of the unit where the atomizer connects to. Now take your Black (Negative,-) and set them onto the outside threads of the adapter (Inside for 510 standard models). Now activate your unit and hold it for approximately 4 seconds. While holding the unit for activation, glance at your meter's screen to read the numbers. This is your Unloaded voltage.

Testing batteries. Set the Multi-meter's dial towards the Green V on to the 20 marker. Apply the Black prong (Negative,-) to the Battery's negative side first. (This end will be the Flat side, Make sure to check your battery's label for the - symbol. Once set, apply the Red (Positive) to the positive end of the battery. (The positive side of a battery will sometimes have a nub or maybe flat. Check the battery's label for the + side symbol). Glance at your Multi-meters screen to read your number. Freshly charged and/or LiMN Highdrain 3.7V batteries will show 4.19V. This is normal. If you find a battery under the stated voltage on the battery's label, stop using the battery immediately.

The model of cartomizer you have is an LR Platinum V2, use it only 3.7-4.2V max. ;)
