Kind of strange there are so many no's but only a couple of explanations as to why. You might think they would like to give Isaac some good information to base their determination on.......sry..jst thinking out loud

I like a cooler less harsher vape :) I was never a fan of LRs and preferred vaping a 2.5 @ 5V than vape an LR at 3.7V. I prefer 6-7 watts over 10, any day of the week and three times on Sunday. I hope Isaac brings back the 5.2 which I prefer over the 3.5 @ 6V.

BTW the 2.2Ohm 510 is known to the older vapers as an LR as a couple of years ago std = 3 Ohms :p

Switched......thank you for this. There is only one vape that I like warm/hot and that's my cafe mocha. All my others I too like the cooler vape. Totally changes the flavor.

I learned soooo much in such a short time just visiting Ikenvapes forum and it's because of these wonderful, insightful explanations.

Hey Ike,

Re-open the polls and count me in! :thumb:
1.7Ω doesn't quite cut it for me. I want to throw 1.5Ω flames too!

And I'd rather try yours than get them somewhere else. Can you offer
a wide-cup bridgeless version in 1.5Ω as well? :smokie:

Oh, and not to worry Isaac...I've been keepin' an eye on everybody
during your vacation.:2cool: There might be an explosion before
you get back...but I'll keep an eye on that too. :D

Oh no! How could I forget? :)

Our family slogan will be: "If it aint hot, it won't hit the spot!"

Hey Atavan, apologies. The three evil amigos.
I love this place, always good for a smile or a laugh. I read the family slogan and I got to laughing out loud, that was good.

LOL...you cats kill me...

I've sat down and spent a good bit of time trying multiple config setups, tons of juice's, side by side comparison's, etc., I've concluded that SOME juice really does benefit from 1.5ohm attys. Not all, some. I have a cappuccino juice that really pops on a 1.5, however, my favorite fruit type flavor becomes far to acrid and sharp.
It really is a YMMV type thing and I'm sure all the experienced vapers agree. I would never suggest to a noob to try a 1.5ohm atty for starters as I believe they should be considered an advanced user device.
Since I have a pretty respectable collection of devices I really like the idea of having specific model setups for specific type juices, ie. 2.0ohm stealth loaded with Snickerdoodle on a 3.7 roughstack mini, a 1.5ohm atty loaded with Cappuccino on my Apex Alpha Ultramax, 2.5ohm 901 stealth/empire drip shield loaded with green peach tea on an eGo.
As with all things vaping, finding the sweet spot is key. The 1.5's DO have a place here and just as soon as you, Isaac, start providing 1.5 attys (if and when) I would finally stop having to order inferior product from other suppliers:thumbs:
