Hey guys it;s that time of the year again! Where we travel down to South Carolina to see some family. I have been racking my brain on releasing the io6 atomizers in 1.8Ω and 3.5Ω along with the eGo LCD and Ikon units/supplies this week.I believe all 3 products have performed beautifully, but last time I did a pre-release then end result was the 510 Cannon When we ran through them, leaks weren't found until they hit the mass scales. Currently there are 3 users including myself demoing the io6. 4 on the Ego LCD and 2 on the Ikon. The beta packages were sent out as today and they will be receiving them in the next coming days. I'm slowly leaking out io6 units based on email request. Which other users are enjoying them asking for more. I really don't want to make you guys wait so long, sometimes it is for the greater good. Any thoughts?

I can fully understand wanting to give them a solid beta. I can also understand everyones desire to get their hands on the latest IKV products 
Honestly Id wait on the two devices.
But maybe let people get a VERY limited amount of the io6 with no warranty?

I'd say wait, cuz if folks have questions or troubles while you are gone, you will not be able to enjoy your vacation
I believe that during your vacation = sufficient time to test these units/devices. You need a break man, enjoy your vacation. I am sure we can look after the house while your gone

I really like your thought very much. It is scary though as I don't want to develop a rep for releasing products that just aren't ready or proven to be ready. The Cannon was the first incident we ever faced and I'm worried that if it happens again, especially this soon. The rep for quality will be dented further. Perhaps a slow release to inquiring minds will be beneficial because those who inquire are interested and are aware of the conditions. Then again using your plan by making it publicly known by adding the disclaimer on the site does make equal sense. Thank you!

You guys held the fort down perfectly last year! I have no worries my man. I think your definitely right about the devices. I have to admit on being anxious to have products to supply new vapers out there. On a personal note the Ikon has turned into my daily unit now. While the io6 really hits very weel. I think I'm getting spoiled by not having to drop every few minutes. I fill the tank probably 4 times a day? I know..vaping heavy, but man it's nice

Thanks a ton.LOL I LOVE my time away. Half days for two months almost makes up for the 60-70 hr weeks the rest of the year lol. But in the end I love my job so its all good.

I wouldn't do more than a silent release where you make the product available only to those in the know. Even though I just had another order shipped from you today, I'd order a few Ikons.

I really believe beta test are great. I also really, really would love to try that IKON out. I have been eyeing another co. but just can't bring myself to do it. This may be just what I've been looking for.
I actually ordered a couple from another company as my anticipation was too great and I wanted to see what it was all about. The other company has a reputation for releasing products before they are ready though and the resistance of the Ikon is lower so I do expect the Ikon to be better.
If I ordered some stuff today, would you be able to find time to get it shipped before you go? If not its cool, i can hold out...
I really do not think that Isaac will be taking any orders that he can not ship so my guess is that if you are able to place an order then your order will be shipped. Obviously I am not him but that is how he has done it in the past.
I would not release anything until I was around to handle any complaints. I can just about guarantee, there will be those who don't read, squeak about it in the forums, etc. Take the vacation and release when you are back to field questions. By the way, I'm in North Augusta, SC right now for the last 2 weeks. Heading home Friday. Have a great rest, I know I did.
Ouch, thats what I don't want to do with the shop. Being lower isn't the necessary key to a good hitting atomizer, it is one but many. I was talking with the engineer late last night regarding the ikon. Mine actually died last night after a straight rough week. I was refilling at minimum 4 times a day, sometimes up to 6-7 because of lack of sleep. Truth be told I have been up around 6 am marker constantly using it. He said, since the resistance was so low on them, it is logical for lasting 20-30 refills. Which isn't bad for a cartomizer, but still nothing I feel comfortable with. They did however agree to accept and use our own heating cores for durability. Which will be sent to them shortly. I'm going to run these current sets over the vacation to see if it was a fluke. A fluke or not, the end result is the same however. I do have about 90 or so kits here and if we're only looking at a week per cartridge, the price will significantly lower until we get them our stuff and test them. I can tell you, this week using one was nothing but enjoyment and paired with the io6 made my vaping life much more satisfying. for a moment there I was getting bored. That said, you will still know that they are good cartos for what they're worth, they just need more refinement, which again I'm just basing it off one that died. It was nearly dry and I just didn't have care to refill immediately, but again, that's another strict rule to vaping with low resistance as LR can be strict and/or hazardous.
Of course! We're actually departing on Monday 15th, but I thought it best to close a few days earlier to ensure all the orders are dispatched.

Don't know where Chesterfield is, we just come here to relax and visit relatives. I will say that the 100 plust degrees everyday is just wonderful for me. The humidity hasn't been that high so it is actually better than the Cleveland Ohio weather I came from. Humidity there a 3 weeks ago w/the 95 degrees was a killer. Couldn't breathe outside.
