Illinois bill #3174, was passed by the Ill, senate (~49/7 vote?) and then hit the house where it stalled.
After contacting my local rep a few days ago (Repub, Mark Beaubian) and talking to him for awhile, he informed me of what happened and made the remark it could easily come back up and put on the docket again in 2011.
Ok so I asked "what clown is sponsoring this?"

Terry Link , State senator (Dem).

So my first thought was to go after this dude before he tries it again. Beat him (or beat him down) at his own game.
So I'm asking (proposing) a active letter,phone,e-mail barrage on him and anyone around him.

I'm preparing to go after Mr Link in all formats and multiple.

hah!, I filled in and worked a mall kiosk over the holiday season to help out and get a feel for customer issues. They have high overhead. The little kiosk is $2500 a mo., lease, and that's a cheap mall. Others (here) are double and triple that.
