I don't know if my previous post was taken down with your duplicates but I will say again - there is a section for members from the Philippines : Philippines Forum
If you go to a DIY supplier you will see nicotine liquid for sale. The label will say how much nicotine is in the bottle such as -
10% Nicotine solution 100mg/ml. Look at your nicotine bottle and read the second number ---mg/ml. That is your nicotine level. If you want your juice at 18mg/ml you have to mix it down with the PG/VG liquid.
In answer to your question about the juice calculator. You put in how much PG and VG you want 70/30 - 80/20 etc. So, if you have ...let's say a 36mg/ml nicotine liquid, you would put in 36 for the first nicotine number. The you add you PG, say 70 - then VG which would be 30. Then you put in what nicotine level you want you juice to be....let's say 18mg/ml. Use the Flavor calculator in the pull down tools menu to get your flavor percentages. Put the numbers on the right into the flavor boxes on the first page and then calculate.

yes dude, 100mg of PG, 100 mg of Vg, and flavourings, and 36mg/ml of nicotine. i confused in the first line of ejuice me up, and theres a box of perecentage of PG and VG of nicotine strength? what is that?Did you already buy your DIY supplies?

if i have 36mg/ml of PG base of nicotine i will put 100% of PG and 0% of VG then 36 mg in the right side box, then the second box is 9mg then the 3rd one i want 10 ml of finished liquid. then water is 10%, then flavourings of 100% of PG then 20%, then i want to puff more vape but taste good or taste like melon, should i write 70% of VG and 30 % of PG? am i right?

The one near the top is for the nicotine pg/vg ratio you start with. It is available in 100%pg, and in 100%vg and some vendors supply at least some combination of each at your request. The lower pg/vg boxes on the left hand side are for you to specify what pg/vg ratio you want your finished ejuice recipe to be aka target pg/vg ratio. This allows the calculator to tell you how much additional pg and/or vg, along with the other ingredients used, to achieve the target ratio. Again, this is all on the "How To" page of the ejuicemeup website.

For your own sake, PLEASE learn what these mean. They aren't random letters assigned to what you are describing! You can SERIOUSlY hurt yourself by making a mistake
Hey Kurt. Like others said please make sure you read the DIY thread for beginners. I am a beginner myself however before messing with the nicotine make sure you understand what you are handling.
First line is asking you what % of PG and VG your Nicotine contains. When you ordered it or if you have it, it should say if it is %100 PG or %100 VG..... It might be %50 PG - %50 VG ...... It might be %60 PG - %40 VG.... All these are examples of the PG/VG ratio your nicotine contains and it should equal %100. So in the first line of the calculator it is asking you strictly about the strength of nicotine and PG/VG Ratio that is already included in your nic. This is seperate from the extra bottle of PG and VG you have that you will also need to add in your calculator in another box.
I beleive you are thinking that your nicotine is pure nicotine and that is false, your nicotine has PG/VG in it as well.
As for sweetener as a beginner I would go with premaid Ethyl Maltol or Cotton Candy (Both have been said to be the same) used in very small doses to round up your flavors.
