Would never recommend a Bellus on a Mech. Because Bellus RTAs are prone to leak through the AFC especially if you too fill.

The Bellus MUST HAVE A VACUUM so finger tight on the top is not good enough.

If you use a Bellus on a mech make sure it is always bottom filled.

Sounds like you need to pay more attention to your wicking, and close the airflow before filling.
Wicking is tricky to get just right, but once you do it's a pretty decent tank.
( also: change out the o-rings on the airflow for a better fit)

Zero leaks.
All mechanical.
Know your gear.

The Bellus is like an aromamizer with all the flaws corrected.

There was nothing wrong with my wicking. I have built on several real finicky devices including two RTAs with the airflow directly under the coils. If something was going to leak from improper wicking it would have been them. Besides the tank did not leak when I filled it. It leaked 90-120 minutes later.

It leaked because it did not have a complete vacuum air seeped around the top threads. There is no knurling on the top to really tighten the top cap.

Interesting.
Mine leaked when I first filled it, but with some wicking adjustment I solved the problem.
No leaks. Even when filling.

WhY dont people think I know how to wick coils.

I built the Protank coils, the Kanger OCC heads, about a dozen RDAs, and about a dozen RTAs.

Both the Goblin Mini and Silverplay Nano with the airflow under the coils. Neither EVER LEAKED

Have I had some leak yes but not because of the wicks.

The Lemo 2 leaked from the top fill port.

The Bellus leaked because the disability of my left hand could not get the top cap tight enough

There was another that leaked at the threads where the tank screwed onto the base. I could stop the leaking but the airflow was more than half closed off. And don't remember the name at present. It had the airflow in the threads. You could have a full lung hit or completely close it off.

I've never had a leak on a bellus and I have three of them, with the gf using one every day as her only device. She's never had any leaks at all, and she goes through about 15 ml's a day in it. Not little leaks, not minor leaks, nothing. And we only top fill. I've been most impressed with the bellus as by far the most leak free tank I've ever owned. And my bellus is only run on a nemesis, with zero problems to date.
