Well I've been vaping around 3 1/2 years.

Developed a PG Allergy. The allergy became so severe that even liquids with VG Base and PG in the flavoring (DIY) set it off.

Than I developed a tooth ache under my fillings. I had it re-filled and it went away for awhile. The Dentist took X-Rays and couldn't figure out why I had this pain. but agreed to re do the filling. Than it came back slowly and peaked while I was on a biz trip in Vegas and only had one flavor (VG Base with the Absynthe (Non PG Flavoring). Came back from Vegas and switched to a VG Base and Real Cinnamon (Non PG Flavoring). Ache went away for two days than returned.

This made me suspicious and I went to some dental website and found that you can get an allergic reaction with fillings. So I chose my most natural flavoring which is bourbon vanilla, again within 24 hours the ache went away.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed, just went to vaperite and bought Organic Flavorings. I'm hoping that using organic will work, otherwise I may be forced to give up vaping.

It doesn't sound like organic is the correct filter to prevent reactions from juices. Cinnamon is going to be risky no matter what, as it's very corrosive and can be an irritant. Organic merely assures that certain trace toxins aren't present, but even then, it is impossible for any organic product to be completely free of contaminants - they're all going to come from this planet, which means that some man-made chemical is getting in there somehow.

For me, I have to avoid any kind of acidic flavors. Any fruit flavors (which all contain acids to make them tart), coffees, chocolates, and almond oil extracts cause terrible stomach pains for me, twice it was enough to put me in an emergency room. Organic wouldn't have made any difference.

So what do you vape. Doesn't seem like their is much left.

My $0.02. There are naturally occurring substances that you can be allergic to as well as manmade. A naturally occurring toxin is no less harmful than a manmade toxin. So, I'm not sure that's the answer.

Time will tell the tale but, it's very easy to mistake concurrence for causation when you are talking about these kind of things. Have you looked for something else that might be causing this? Are you certain that these symptoms don't just come and go regardless of what you vape? Those symptoms would be highly unusual for an allergic reaction to PG or anything else in juice.

yikes, i am not very happy to know that something like this could happen to me. only reason i say that is because after i vape my tongue gets a strange feeling on the top, and gets worse if i chain vape. its not "horrible", but i dont like it at all. if i vape before i go to bed it also does it alot. i have a few VG based juices coming, hopefully that will make things normal again

If the organic works for you...there are 2 vendors you chould check out. The first is Virgin Vapors. Her juices are organic vg and very yummy. The other is Highbrow. I have been reading about his juices too as I can only have vg. They sound like true artisan juices and I just placed my first order. I cannot wait to try them after all I have read and heard.

I mainly vape tobacco flavors, and some of the fruit/cinnamon-free dessert flavors like vanilla, caramel, toffee, malt. Fortunately there are lots of choices!

In any case, glad that the results of your organic experiment have been good so far!
