I'm back...

Well I have moved from Texas to Vegas and am (sorta) back on line. My PC got broken in the move and I have limited access for a while. I missed y'all, it will take some time to catch up. Lots to do and not much time.

My wife has wrangled me into smoking a turkey for the in-laws for Thanksgiving since I wouldn't make the move without my trusty smoker. (The hardest part is getting the turkey in those little papers). Soak in custom juice for 3 days and smoke for 18 hours, it's a labor of love but well worth it.
