Hey folks, ChromeDome here. I just came back to the forum after a 2 year hiatus with analogs. I quit cigarettes for a year with e-cigs and even sold them for a while, but got reeled back in by the nasty habit, while dealing with all sorts of stressful life changes and world pressures. I've been off the analogs for a little over a month now and hope I've quit for good. I made my decision when I was fumbling around on YouTube and somehow ran into GrimmGreen's old Jambox review lol. I thought to myself, that looks like it might actually do the trick! So I ordered one and I was off to the races! I used it for a few weeks and wanted to see what else I've been missing, so I grabbed a DCT with a ming tip and have been messing around with a few ego products. I'm very happy that I'm back off the cigs and I'm back on the forum. You should be seeing a lot of me!

The last device I had was the Tornado-T. It was unusable in only a week. The device I use now is the iTaste MVP with the iClear16 and it rocks even at 4V! In the market for a HV tank or clearo to kick it up to 5v. It seems to be too high for the iClear

Thanks for all of the welcomes. I'm really enjoying the new technology. I really can't see myself going back to the real thing. I got myself a cool device last week and have a few different ones sitting in customs. There are too many awesome devices available to keep me off cigs for life. I see some reviews by me in the near future!

Welcome Back. The way the iClear's perform you wont find a better clearo, they are the best i have used by far. How high above 4 volts did you get before they didn't work right? You may have to find the sweet spot and stay there with them.

If you want to vape at 5 volts you are going to need a carto tank with a higher ohm cartomizer.

At 4.2V, I get a nice vape for a little while, then will start to burn. Everything above that burns immediately.I just changed to a new clearo and am keeping it set at 4. It's doing quite well. It's also worth mentioning that I vape %100 vg.

Like I said on an earlier post, I am also a returnee having just got a new rig...took almost a year break.

Glad to be vaping again.
