I've heard/seen a multitude of different complaints about this vendor, but the one consistent thing I've been hearing about is customer service.

I've been DIYing for almost 2 years now and I'm really looking forward to switching to ecig express because:

1. They sell all the ingredients of my nicquid in one place.
2. Their 100mg/mL nic is less than half the price I'm currently paying for nic.
3. They even sell flavorings.
4. Free shipping on orders over $85 (can it be that hard to spend 85 smackers?)

A few questions, well actually two, I've been curious to ask, as I've been browsing around ecigexpress for a day or so.


1. Has the leaky bottle issue been solved yet?


I noticed there was a questioning about the purity of FlavourArt flavorings from here. The only thread made and stickied was to prove that the FlavourArt flavorings weren't diluted. Which leads me to

2. Does that mean their other flavorings, perhaps LorAnn are diluted?

As for the leaks, yes they did have some problems but are working it out. The last two orders I placed were delivered without any leaks. I really think the problem may be with the clear plastic bottles, the drip tip and child protected caps. They have shipped some items in an low density polyethylene bottles (I think this is what they are), seem to seal a little better than the harder plastic PVC or PET plastic.

Linxx would be the best person to answer you. One thing you can be assured of, they will fix the problem and replace the missing liquid. Their customer service is pretty damn good and always very helpful whether I complain, or ask a question.

As for the LorAnn flavors, I have not used very much of this brand, so I can't say but I don't think a company like Ecigexpress would never jeopardize their business by trying to dilute flavorings. Now, how do they buy these flavors? Don't know. Maybe they buy in a super concentrated liquid that requires dilution before sold? Or it could be the batch they have received is slightly different? Honestly, just talk with them. I believe they will tell you the facts and be upfront about it.

No, I don't buy just from Ecigexpress, but most of my flavor purchases are going to come from them. Just bought my second order of Nic from them. In larger (1000ml) quantities, these guys have a little better price.

Thanks for clearing that up. I don't mind receiving a leaky bottle, as long as you guys are willing to exchange it for a non-leaking bottle.
