I don't mean this to be a slam on Steve or V4L at all because I've been VERY happy with the customer service, but I am a bit upset. I placed an order on Sunday evening, and yesterday I received a notice that my item had been shipped. So, I was VERY excited because I knew that meant I would get it tomorrow and I'm out of fresh cartomizers. I checked the tracking number today, and USPS showed that no such number existed. So, I sent off an email to see if maybe I had gotten the wrong tracking number. No reply, but I'm assuming that they are very, very busy, so I didn't think much of it. I just got home from work a little while ago and decided to check it again. I'm not even sure if it shipped now, and it definitely didn't ship yesterday, unless USPS messed up, because USPS just received the info electronically today. So now I won't get my order tomorrow.
