So, my research continues, and I'm beginning to feel that I'm getting the gist of all the technical stuff and all the options and types of PV......

I'm pretty much set on getting a Copper (the Q, although I've not ruled out either the mini or the micro as a second one.... which one though? any opinions?)

Plus, I'm again almost decided on a Saber Touch 5V regulated; the point being that I want to keep "voltage" options on separate mods rather than getting a varivolt one; this seem like the top-line regulated 5v going by my research, and it looks great like the copper.

I also want at least one nice wooden box mod, so I'm hopefully going for a Phidias, but may also get a Monkeyboxx or one of the other popular juice fed mods.

On top of that, I want to get something that will do for those occasions and situations in which a mod might be either awkward or inconvenient, so either KR808D-1 kit or 501 kit or possibly both.

So, long and short of it is that I'll probably be buying quite a bit of stuff in a short space of time; I know some would advise against this, but I think all these PV's I've mentioned are likely keepers anyway.

now then... it's onto researching liquids and cartos/attys; a whole other massive amount of stuff to take on board there!

I'll be order several sampler juice kits from as many places as I can, and probably limiting my choices to UK or USA made ones simply because they seem to be regarded as "better".

With cartos and attys, similarly I'll get hold of lots of options so I can begin the process of finding out which ones work best with which PV and so on.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I know you're actually gonna be shooting much higher but for now it might pay you to get the ego starter kit. You get a charger and two good batteries And a couple of atties and some carts. I might be good to order one of these kits and make a start on trying some juices and getting a feel for vaping. I think once you start you will have a clearf idea of what it's all about.

You sound a lot more clued up than i am now let alone when i first got an e cig. I been 8 weeks without a smoke (gold. virg rollies i smoked). I found quite easy. And i'm the bloke that goes bezerk if he don't have a ......lol.
Are you nervous or excited about taking the step ?

Hi Michael :)

I'm also in the UK so can help you with links to good UK suppliers. If you fancy something like the ego the Riva510 is a great one to go for. Two of the best deals at the moment is the Riva 510 light bundle from Liberty Flights (use discount code ECR69 for 15% off)

Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510

Or a from Freedom vape - wall adapter/10ml of juice & free P&P makes up for the slightly higher price (plus their juices are fantastic)

Riva 510 E-Cigarette Starter Kit - Detailed item view - FreedomVape (UK)
