Don't worry about it the only reason why someone mentioned it is sometimes suppliers get on ECF for spamming purposes and don't register . It doesn't appear to be the case with you they were just letting you know that if you were a supplier you would have to fill out the form.

Posts are free here, its the equipment and juice that costs you. I have ordered enough juice/equipment in the past 4 days that it better last at least 3 months or it would be cheaper to go back to smoking Marbs
