I had to lower my nic several times to get to the point where I wouldn't give myself a nic headache a couple of times per day. I can still get the point where my fingertips get cold from nicotine vasoconstriction but I have to real work at it to get a nic headache now that I am down to 6mg and less.

Another thing you can no matter what nic you vape is set up a second ecig with lower nicotine juice in a carto and switch or alternate to that when you are vaping too much (I use 510 manual and KR808D-1 manual as well as a Riva 510 and a 3.7v box). For a while I did 0 nic in that one ecig but I like at least some TH so I alternate putting 4mg and 0mg in that one to give it a bit of hit.

And at home, I leave my ecigs in another room most of the time along with my Kindle and go there to vape and read often. That way I am at least not sucking on them constantly.
