calan, i also have the HUMCO VG....mine is not purfumey (at least not to me), and the HUMCO is the purest form you can buy from what ive read here on the forum. i was using the HUMCO myself to cut down some really high PG juices, but after i did my mixing apparently i added too much HUMCO VG so now my juices are not enjoyable to vape now. luckily i have PLENTY of other juices to vape. i am slightly intolerant to high PG juices, but the more i vape them the more i get used to them. HAPPY vaping to you !!!

I'm so happy I'm not the only one, although I think I've only spent about $400 and that was between myself, my father, and my friend (dad's roommate... they both live nextdoor to me.) Yes, I wanted no excuse to smoke even one more analog after I got my ego kit. Analog free since 2/22/13 Congrats on your new quest!

"Perfumy" may not be the right word, but it has a sickly bitter/sweet (and not in a good way) taste to it that drives me nuts. It seems that no matter which flavors I use, what ratios I mix at (within reason), or how many additives I use (DWV, ACV, lemon juice, sweetner, etc).... that taste still comes through and taints the juice.

I'll figure it out eventually. Like everything worth doing, it's a process.
