I'm hunting for tip adapter

I find that there used to be a manufactured tip adapter for T2 clearo that would allow the use of your choice 510 drip tip. I've found them on UK websites and also here in US but they're always out of stock.

Are these out of production/use nowdays?

Any help would be appreciated
