Warning - this is a random, nonsensical series of thoughts. I'm tired..but psyched :)

It's been a *really* long month or two for me. No weekends or weeknights free, literally, just all work, sometimes without sleep. Doing 40 hours straight in *two* days, then working another 5 days still..sucks.

My 'sanity breaks' here and there haven't been too many lately. We had 'forced vacation' pushed on us a month back..on a Saturday morning of 'day 1 of vacation,' decided screw it, I'm going somewhere, so called a friend in WV, and another in NY, and an hour later, had the motorcycle packed up and headed north. Of course, I got *snowed in* in WV, but hey, you don't ride to make time, ya have to enjoy the ride along the way.

It was great, but at a *really* bad time, so paying for it ever since. My 'breaks' have been 15 mins here and there of browsing ECF or occasional chats with friends, and really, mowing the *yard* has been a break by comparison, and a few review videos.

So, finally put a critical work mess to rest, scanned GG forum, and saw the contest thread. Literally, I thought - no way in hell. I have no time for much of anything, let alone *good timing* of late, and no one had posted yet. Cool, I have a good diversion, and have been nagging Imeo and Tim both to basically let me place a Transformer order (damnit, NOW! :D ). Perfect timing.

Somehow, I lucked out with the right answer, after looking all over, figuring it was a Q only 'the GG following would know, but damnit, I *wanted* one, and had a little time I could actually spend!

Found one as a 'let me get something that's an initial fit and keep looking, so posted it, leaving the screen up, then found 'this one's better,' so just posted it. I was pretty confused as to whether or not I should edit the first post or not - I *work* in technology, and have run forums and web businesses - user edits show the time of edit, but it can confuse someone, so just pasted my 'new guess in.' Of course, there were only 3 posts in the htread as I hit submit, then see after submit it's already three pages long, doh!

Tim/Imeo were nice enough to 'call it a tie,' so Cristine and I have Xformers coming. I have no idea right now, nor did I at the time, how much 120UKP is in, err, well, 'real money' (not so much lately), but..I have an xformer coming!

    I'm kinda psyched :)

Ok, I now go back to my regular sleep deprived non-posting. Thank you for reading utterly random drivel. Sometimes it really doesn't take much to make your day better.. I'm still psyched! :)

    "Is it done/here yet?" :D

Ahh, it's temporary, or so I've been saying for the past couple of, err, 6 months when this mess project started. I told 'em can't be done in the time they came up with before we even started, so it's done, but sanity and stress are on the edge a bit. On forums, I tend to be more blunt, and 'debate' a bit, because, well, it's fun, and I have my own opinions...but am pretty laid back even when under 'relatively normal stress.' When friends tell me they think I'm stressed, it's kinda like 'armageddon is coming!'.

But, it's temporary. Project is released to the world, literally starting at 4am(!!) in a few days, even if it was supposed to be this past morning. The other project is done enough. So, work Friday 9am until probably Saturday 9-10am or so, sleep *really* well, followed by probably have a date Sat night, and guaranteed drinking and err, 'something else that can be atomized,' and life will be good. Sunday, assuming no rain, or maybe in that too, the motorcycles get washed, and going for a ride until I'm completely lost. Monday have already told work - I'll be in sometime next week.

Life will be good, or certainly better, soon enough..it's just sorta the longest time have been at such elevated stress, low sleep, without nearly any real breaks, for such a long period of time.

Then maybe the weekend after, or the one after, I'll have GG in hand with a Duck Rabbit Milk Stout or my Patron..all good :)

from the way Iken was posting, it seemed it might"take a long time" for him to get a Transformer. I think Iken and Bad/Good Bunny need to test them out first;) We consumers in the U.S need reviews and Iken "is the review king"..Spikey being the Queen. So get Iken a Transformer before anybody:thumbs:

well said my dear friend, cancer ---:)

keep up the fansupport, we need it ------

this way we can be first on the list --------

Wegster, I didnt help last night in your confusion.

Like you I was typing away...lol, and as I felt so bad that everyone was so upset over other things going on, that I wanted to do the honourable thing and donate the prize back again for another night, when more people would partake.

On posting that very wish, I saw Tim had already declared a draw, 2 or 3 posts up...lol

I didnt know what to do, so I confused poor Imeo even further by PMing him and saying you were first anyway, you just missed a bit of text so just to give the prize to you...

He then thought I didnt want it, so confusion reigned everywhere....lol

But its all sorted out now, and I would like to say this....

THANK YOU IMEO & TIM.... I graciously accept the prize and am ....

    EXCITED !!!!............WHOOOOOHHOOOOOOO !!

    @Christena - :lol:

Some forums, you can sit there typing a post, come back hours later, no movement. Many threads on ECF even..I sorta double taked, as my other post was maybe 5 minutes later, 'hey, where'd all this come from?!' :D

    Very nice gesture, thank you.

And of course, thanks to both Imeo and Tim.

I need to sleep now, but am still psyched :)

I am the 3rd winner here and am soooooo excited as well!! A bit of background on me first since it seems everyone knows each other here. I have a 17 year analog habit that I have been unsuccessful in quitting. My first experience in ecigs is a brief one at best. Just about a month and a half as I was introduced to an ecig deal on one of the coupon forums on the internet. I was intrigued and proceeded to find out what would be the best device to "mimic" a real cigarette. I found this forum and proceeded that a Janty Stick would be my first purchase.

While a great great device, I found this to be similiar to smoking a VERY VERY ULTRA LIGHT analog. It did however cut me down to 3 analogs in one day and I don't ever remember doing that in a long long while. So then I proceeded to do more research and found the family that is GG. Imeo, Iken, Di, Mamu and all the others that post here are hilarious and genuinely just good people in my eyes. It was only when Nos came in here that I posted for the first time as I felt warranted to "defend" this particular forum from harm as I felt. Hahaha, that's how much I liked this place having lurked around for so long!

Long story short, if this device will help me stop smoking analogs, which I firmly believe it will, then I owe more than a debt of thanks to the fine people here on this forum.

The GG will give you what you need to get off analogs - it was your destiny to win it!!

Congrats - you worked hard - now you will enjoy the fruits of your labor!

P.S. Be sure to get the 510 adapter - you will like that too - it's perfect for the 510 attys - no light airy draw but more like a real full flavor ciggie.
