Im looking for a real menthol Cigarette flavor.. help

so im trying to find a close match to a marb menthol or newport and so far no luck. atleast no luck in a vape shop but maybe a menthol and tobacco mix? any suggestions would be awsome!

No eliquid will taste like a menthol cigarette, none, or will any even come close. You can try different menthol eliquids to see if you like them but they will not taste like cigarette smoke, because it is not smoke. The best thing you can do is to experiment with different flavors to find one you really like, there are a lot of fruity, dessert, drink and other type flavors to try

The few tobacco flavors I've tried in my short time as a vaper have all been a disappointment. Tasting either like chemicals or tasting like an unlit cigarette smells. Until I tried Mellow Gold from VapeMoar.com. What convinced me to try it was actually the negative reviews saying it had a taste of burnt this or burnt that. That seemed to me to be exactly what everyone says can't be duplicated in a tobacco flavor? Now, for all I know tobacco flavor connoisseurs may consider it a dismal tobacco flavor, I don't know or care. To *MY* palate it is a satisfying 'smoking substitute' flavor.

Anyway here's what I'm getting at. VapeMoar sells 15ml samples for $3 each, any purchase over $5 = free shipping. So if you've got $6 to play with get yourself a sample of Mellow Gold and one of Cool Green (menthol) and add a few drops of Cool Green to a tank of Mellow Gold and see what ya get?

Once you settle in for a while you'll realize a menthol cigarette is the last thing you want to vape. I smoked 2-3 packs of Newports a day for 23 years, I chased that flavor for months maybe even close to a year when I first started, then I got one that was pretty close (hint: it was nothing more than a cheap wannabe tobacco with overpowered menthol crystals, that's the best you'll find believe me) and I realized it wasn't half as good as the other stuff that was out there. Experiment a little bit, you'll be surprised how good some non tobacco/menthol juices can be.

Have some fun with it, if you miss the menthol cooling sensation and throat hit there are some pretty darn good fruity freeze flavors out there that not only do that but give great fruity flavors. Try to look for fruit vapes with freeze in the name, I remember Juice Mafia having a few really good ones.

There are a lot of great tobacco flavors to be had, especially if you're willing for it to not taste like a cigarette... but then that could be said about actual tobacco as well. Just a few: Goodejuice Patriot, MyFreedomSmokes 4 Star General (high PG version), Halo Freedom, and a lot of tobacco+else flavors by Charlie Noble, Coval, I-95 and others; DIY flavors: tobacco absolutes, FA Virginia and 7 leaves, INA/TDM 555 Gold, pure menthol crystals. I'm not into menthol much but did try a Salem flavor that was a lot different from what I expected and was good.

I ordered some MegaMenthol from VapeBig for a friend I'm helping to switch from smokes to vaping. Aaron, one of the owners of VapeBig (where I bought all my eliquids for 2 years before starting DIY), told me it was the closest thing to a Menthol smoke in his opinion, and also according to many who order it from him. My friend said the same thing, too, after getting hers. Maybe get a sampler size of it from there?

^^^ Right on point... I second this. If pressed for specific brands, Halo makes damn good ejuice with a whole line dedicated to tobacco. I however do not find that they are necessarily a "cigarette" taste. Halo does some nice cigar/pipe blends, as well as Torque (the flavor that got me off cigs). One thing I would recommend is to buy a bottle of menthol or coolada (coolada/koolada adds the cooling effect without the minty flavor). Having this on hand, you can add a drop or two to a tank and if you don't like it, you're talking pennies on the dollar. As per chasing a menthol tobacco, an option here is to find a good tobacco flavor you like and simply adding the menthol effect. Look for NET flavors (Naturally Extracted Tobacco)... many people believe these are more authentic tasting. But as several posters have expressed, much of what you taste when you smoke a cigarette is the result of the combustion and burning of not only the tobacco but the paper.

Try solo from black note, as said you'll never get an exact replica of a real menthol analogue, but solo is pretty damn good.
