I'm new and Figure it's only polite to introduce myself

I'm JP, I am on my second go around with vapeing. I have a friend who guided me back into it by explain the issues I had with my first time. So now, I'm working on quitting smoking analogs and going to a strict vapor diet so to speak.

I am still learning, and will be asking questions. I do have odd tastes in stuff(for example, I just ordered a Tesla... purely because of the way it looks... I like the light saber look).

Anyway, I'm glad to have found this forum. I have been lurking for about a month and wanted to register and say hi. I believe in helping folks where I can, and will strive to do just that... but at the same time, I'm learning as well.

Hi Jethro! It took me a second time before I finally stuck with vaping. My first attempt in 2010 which lasted a month and then in Jan 2012 when I successfully switched :)

Good luck and as you know, this place is full of thousands of people with endless knowledge to help guide you!

Welcome.

The info on this site is like drinking from a fire hose, but I've found so many answers.

Best of luck on your renewed attempt.

I'd say thats pretty accurate. Theres a lot you can learn and vaping can be as simple or as complicated as you want it. You mentioned ordering a mod cause of the light saber look: so what? If you like it then it was a good purchase! I had a coworker who quit smoking a few years ago considered picking up one of those light saber looking mods because he thought it looked so cool. On the transition dont beat yourself up if you have a smoke. Many people go back and forth a bit while adjusting. In truth I recommend most people keep their smokes for the first couple weeks so that if a learning curve problem arises you can step outside, get your nic, clear your head then come back and approach the problem with your gear focused and less ....... Either way welcome!
