Try charging your batteries for a few hours longer or even over night. The stronger the battery the better. I know that you would think once the light has turned green that it is ready to go, but that is not always true. I have found that the battery i have left in my charger overnight works better than the one I was watching for the light to turn green to use.

It is possible that your atomizer is "going south". Call Njoy first thing Monday 1-888-NOW-NJOY (669-6569), select extension 104 (Mark Williams). He should get you taken care of. Good Luck!
