Hi Dan. I'm new as well. It's been two weeks since I've had a regular cigarette. I haven't had an urge for one yet.

At work, I'm still going outside with the regular smoking crowd, except I bring my V4L auto now instead of Camels and I've been perfectly satisfied. I'm using 18mg carts and they've been doing the trick for me.

I would like to step down the nicotine level soon. I'm wondering if thats when I will suffer some.

Banjercat, you're like the 10th or 11th newbie I've counted from Michigan in the last few days. Our numbers are growing! Welcome!
I started on Feb. 4th and started mixing my own juice about a week later. I've stepped the nic level down twice so far (4 mg at a time) and never even noticed a difference. I put some PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol) in my juice (about 5 drops per 10 ml) for throat hit and it feels like smoke. Maybe that helps.

Congratulations, Dan! I too am a new "vaper", just four weeks into using ecigs. I have found that for me, any flavor that gives me a bit stronger TH helps stop cravings better than other flavors. So I'm tending toward menthols and minty flavors more than any other.
I'm still stuck on two analogues daily, morning and evening, for the gratification of a faster hit of nicotine I suppose. But more and more, I don't like the flavor/aftertaste. I hope to be analogue free soon.
And perhaps ecig free a few months later? I hope so, anyway.

Hang in there!
