hey all...thanks for reading. So i started using e-cigs over 2 years ago by buying a joye ego-t system which worked great with the ce2's (i think...the ones with plastic tubes sold in 5 packs and held about 1.2 ml of juice) but i cant find these any more so i switched to the ce4's by uno vapor which seemed to have no hit and hardly any 'smoke' so i went to vivi nova 3.5 system which is terrible cause it has no hit and seems to use double the juice the ce2's did. The batteries i use on these are genuine Joye ego-t 650 mah (1 month old) manual batteries and i was wondering if these aint putting the volts out needed to run ce4 and the vivi nova 3.5. I read that these batteries usually put out about 3.2 volt but on a digital multimeter it shows 3.9 after taking it off the charger. I just order 2 1000mah eco-c twist hoping this will take care of this problem and was wondering if u guys think i made the right choice...thanks for reading

Welcome to ECF!
Gear upgrades will make the vaping "better" but it wouldn't fix the "no vapor" problem. CE4 and vivi Nova are all nice tanks and should have given you a good vapor.
Fixed eGo should run around 3.7v. Main thing to control with fixed eGo is the atomizer head's resistance level. If you run 2.5+ohms atomizer head, you will run it much cooler. I would suggest getting lower resistance head for more vapor.

So after looking threw it looks like they use the higher PG ratio as in higher throat hit. That brings it back to the ecig, lol it's 510 threaded (sitting correctly I assume), 650 mah battery ego. It's highly unlikely it's the tanks as them have a high standard but so are the ego batterys... You upgraded which I always assume is better in every aspect... You tested the ego battery I assume "3.2 volt but on a digital multimeter it shows 3.9 ", I'm really at a lost here brother. Nothings adding up to me so sadly I'm out lol.
ZeroOhms had suggested trying other ohms, I'm thinking let this one sit till your new one comes in the mail and compare and you can see if it's the battery or not for sure if not than maybe someone els can give you better advice I'm very sorry brother wish I was of more help. Tip tho you should use 50/50 just as the juice you are using is more pg and you're wanting more vapor I assume...

Edit: I'm no expert but what Rosenec said would honestly be my best guess is to what problem you're actually having, but as me being no expert I wasn't going to push on this issue.

So Cal
2.4 ohm should run fine on a regular non vv battery! I checked your link, and I've never heard of that eliquid! There are so many good ones out there - just browse the forums! I think you can probably find something that works better for you.

Also, do you wash your coils and clearos, because gunk will prevent the coils from firing properly, giving you less of everything?

@Fajuvo....thanks for answering....even thou ive been using ecigs over 2 yrs now...ive never really had a problem until the ce2's became scarce so now im entering a new ballpark with searching whats gonna fill my expectations. Sorta like starting over again...lol

ill see what the ego- c twist does i guess and hope for the best plus i may have to change what liquid i get. I just didnt want to spend tons of money on ejuice if i could keep from it

BTW...my doctor actually suggested i switch to ecigs just to get me off of regular cigarettes

if OP is having "no hit and hardly any 'smoke'" with current setup, I doubt VV mod upgrade is fix everything. Fixed eGo running at 3.7v should have given at least some level of vapor and VV running at high voltage would "increase" the vapor production.
He/She spent lots of $$$ for those VV mods, but should have right level of expectation. If we are saying "yea, VV will fix all your vaping problems", it might end up being very frustrating experience if the "problem" persist.
That is why I am suggesting to look at other components such as lower resistance atomizer head to see if there are other "issues" on hand.

I do agree with you ZeroOhms you seem hell of a lot smarter than me on ohms. I'm thinking hes already bought the 1000mah eco-c twist so the best suggestion would be for him to try that firstly as he already bought it. (So if that's his problem hes done smashed that problem ha). The resistance might be a + also as well as new juice for him. If the already bought twist does not perform to his liking, than I would suggest the same as you. There is cheaper juices than what you pay now Wizard6733 in which you can pick your own ratio and nic lvl. This is all based on everyone's reviews and suggestions the best way for Mr. Wizard.

I can't be sure but I think this should fix your problem. I just put a pt2 mini with a 2.4ohm coil on a ego bat. Little vap production and little throat hit. Stuck the same tank on my mvp 2 and set the volts to 4.4 and night and night and day difference. Since your batts are already on the way don't mess with your heads yet.
