This may be trivial on my part but V4L Customer Service has let me down and I can't get any satisfaction. On my last order I purchased 2 30 ml bottles of Parlament Nobacco juice... I really like the flavor (in the pre-filled carts that is)! But the stuff I received tastes like cardboard (or worse). I've been vapin' for about 6 months and I know your taste buds get wacked up from time to time... so I gave it awhile and refilled some more carts, the same nasty taste.

So, I e-mailed V4L customer service simply asking was there still a problem with the flavors in the larger containers. I knew there was a problem in the past with juice flavors in the larger quantities not being the same as the 5 ml bottles and/or the factory filled carts. The first response I received asked specifically what I had ordered... sounds logical and I responded with a copy of my order details. The next response I received, I actually find repulsive and an insult.

When refilling cartomizers, it's best to let the cartomizers sit overnight before using them in order to get a taste close to the ones that are professionally filled. Vapor4Life cannot issue refunds or accept exchanges or returns for Nobacco juice or any type of cartomizer, unless the customer does not receive the flavor or nicotine strength requested. This policy is dictated by the company's high standards of cleanliness and quality control.

I don’t mean to bad mouth V4L, I’ve liked there product from day 1, but dang… can’t I get a straight answer?

Parlament is one of those flavors where there are a couple of different versions. We had the Original Blue Parlament carts, and the newer Green colored ones. Which version of Parlament were you looking for? The bottles for the blue Parlament are simply labeled Parlament, but the "green" flavored Parlament were incorrectly labeled "Original Parlament" in the 30ml bottles. So my question: which do you have and which were you looking for?

Mark I have e-mailed and pm val several days ago to no response(very unlike her)not complaining she's been great.I want to make another order with latest sale going on and I am still owed 2- boxes of premiumoriginal blue parlaments from order#38129 18mg can I PUT IN COMMENTS that I AM OWED THESE.thanks,Dale

Do you know if there has been any similar issue (to the OP's Parliment cart/bottle difference) with the Pecan Pie flavor.

Many have raved about how awesome the Pecan pie carts are, so I ordered a 30 ml bottle of the 18mg Pecan pie nobacco juice(I don't use carts, i'm a 510 atty guy).

The bottle I received was labeled 18mg pecan pie, but tasted nothing like any pecan pie I've ever had both at 3.7 and 5V(using a new , primer blown out 510 atty).

Is there a possibilty the bottle may have been mislabeled?

First off you shouldn't put private emails on the board due to the policy that you accepted when you made your account here at ECF. That is neither here nor there though since you already did it.

I don't understand why you find that "repulsive and insulting". All I see from the email is Val telling you the standard usage of the nobacco juice and the policy on returning juices. Repulsive and insulting would have been a lot different in my book, but maybe you are very soft skinned.

As for the taste difference, if you have been reading these forums lately you would have noticed that there has been some changes to the Nobacco juice, but I have not heard anyone complaining about the parliament juice. Of course I could have overlooked one or two posts. How old were the carts that you had vaped before? Where they premiums or where they regulars?

I think a little more information is needed if you are going to complain about the V4L customer service that just about everyone has agreed goes above and beyond the call of duty in almost all cases.

dont feel bad i got treated the same way by her, i only got one reply from her and it was as if was my fault. i ened up throwin away my last order becuase it was usable.


i thought the had the best customer service, well not of lately...

..its been well over a week sionce my last email. zero reply

..but yet the manage to make sure they send me discount coupon emails. give me a break.

That's really unusual, I check the customer service queue all the time, and there is nothing that old in there. Can you PM me whatever you have going on, and I can look into it for you.

I don't know about parliament, but I ordered some different flavors including the espresso from Vapor4life, and all of them tasted basically the same. The taste is like perfume and baby powder. I can taste actual flavor, but the underlying taste of perfume is so strong it overpowers the entire flavor of the liquids. The only one I purchased that is even usable is a small bottle of pina colada. :mad:
Won't be purchasing from these guys again. :nah:

The point is, if you are going to come into a public forum and complain about something, you should put all the facts out there. I only saw one side of the emails. I don't know what he actually asked for. I wasn't saying that anything was his fault, or that they shouldn't "make him HAPPY".

So much is lost in text. The worst part about email or written word is that there is no emotion.

My apologies for breaking the forum rules and posting private e-mail, I was simply trying to make my point clear. I’m not thin skinned, I’ve worked in Customer Service about 30 years, I expect what I give. And I know Steve and Mark will get this taken care of. But when I received the Customer Service reply that I mistakenly pasted into this thread, I was dead ended, that was not an answer to my question, merely a statement of policy. I was NOT asking to return anything. This forum, I know, gets the attention of the right people. Yes, I do read this forum… a lot, but I don’t sit here and chronicle everything that’s blogged about, I have a life. I couldn’t find the answer I needed, thus the e-mail to V4L Customer Service in the first place… I just needed a definite answer!
