I'm feeling you on this one. I've been having some battery issues. The last email I received made it out to be that they don't work correctly because I don't clean them.........not the case. Oh well.
I mean, if they're overwhelmed, I can give some understanding, but it's not like I'm trying to rip them off or anything. I send back all the defective one's that stop working or go rogue on me. And they're really good about replacing them. Commend Vapor4Life on customer satisfaction!
I work in retail....that's not the way to overcome an objective by making it out to be the consumers fault....just saying. Because that's not always the case.
I apologize. I typically ask because about 50% of the time an issue is fixable via maintenance. There is no implication that it is your fault. Just a polite inquiry as part of attempting to troubleshoot. My questions regarding maintenance is in no way denying you a replacement as I'm sure you saw. Just trying to see if there's a way to help get the finicky battery going again. I like to see if there is a fix for the issue to prevent it in the future. When there isn't, we immediately replace when within warranty.
I've found many people are not aware that batteries need cleaning to keep performing well and find the tip useful for future batteries. I do ask this question not to blame, but to find out if this is a possible remedy for the situation since many batteries will have charging issues and function issues when gunked up. Many customers have found this was the issue and are able to continue using the battery in question. Obviously, it is not always the solution, but since many are not aware about cleaning, I do like to suggest giving it a shot and even state that if it doesn't work, we will obviously replace.
